Waste Management Services - C4 provides waste characterization, segregation, packaging, profiling, manifesting and transportation to disposal facilities.

Transportation - C4 manages large-volume waste during remedial operations with roll-off containers or vacuum trucks and with drums and lab packs on smaller scale projects.  Our trucks are permitted to move hazardous and non-hazardous material in compliance with DOT regulations.

Disposal Services - C4 compiles a profile on waste stream for customer review and manifests containers for disposal or recycling in accordance with RCRA, TCEQ and DOT regulations.  Containers that do not meet DOT specifications can be repacked or over-packed for transportation by C4.

Chemical Lab Packing - C4 provides lab pack services to institutions of higher learning and the chemical industry including pharmaceutical, chemical manufacturers, schools, universities, hospitals, and large and small generators of hazardous waste.  C4 will collect, package and dispose of these materials in accordance with RCRA and DOT.

Drum Disposal - C4 will profile waste materials to an approved disposal site.  All facilities utilized are permitted and approved to meet regulatory standards.  C4 offers recycling and disposal options that best meet client needs.

Tank Cleaning - C4 manages tank cleaning projects, whether in confined or non-confined spaces.  We have the resources and trained staff ready to take on the dirtiest tanks.

Field Services - C4 takes pride in all field service projects.  We strive to complete every project in a timely manner while making OSHA safety regulations our top priority.  

Other waste we manage for our customers include, but are not  limited to, Gas Cylinders, Flammable Liquids and Solids, Pesticides, Mercury Waste, Fluorescent Bulbs, Batteries, Polychlorinated Biphenyls, Radioactives and Electronic Equipment. 

Our hazardous material handlers are 40-hour "Hazwoper" trained.
